How Does Vero Share the Information

Vero may share your information in the following ways:

  • We may share as necessary to conduct a legitimate business activity related to the service that we provide to you (for example, with our construction subcontractors in expanding the network).
  • We may share the information among our affiliatesand subsidiaries, or to others who work for us.We may also disclose information about you to outside auditors, professional advisors, service providers, vendors, and regulators. Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) Participants

Participants in the ACP agree to allow Vero to collect information relative to program eligibility. The information will be used to associate Vero with the participant as their service provider, obtain reimbursement from and verify eligibility with the Universal Services Administrative Company (USAC) and other agencies of the United States Federal Government. Connectivity between Vero and USAC will be used for Vero to transmit personally identifiable information (“PII”) of applicants to USAC, to enable USAC to confirm, with an affirmative or negative confirmation, whether the applicant is already enrolled in the federal Lifeline program benefit and/or ACP benefits, and/or is eligible to receive the Lifeline and/or ACP benefits.

How Does Vero Protect the Information

We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we processto help prevent unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. We limit our collection and use of your information to the minimum necessary. We limit the availability of your information to those who use that information for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy.
