Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) Participants

Participants in the ACP agree to allow Vero to collect information relative to program eligibility. The information will be used to associate Vero with the participant as their service provider, obtain reimbursement from and verify eligibility with the Universal Services Administrative Company (USAC) and other agencies of the United States Federal Government. Connectivity between Vero and USAC will be used for Vero to transmit personally identifiable information (“PII”) of applicants to USAC, to enable USAC to confirm, with an affirmative or negative confirmation, whether the applicant is already enrolled in the federal Lifeline program benefit and/or ACP benefits, and/or is eligible to receive the Lifeline and/or ACP benefits.

How Does Vero Protect the Information

We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we processto help prevent unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. We limit our collection and use of your information to the minimum necessary. We limit the availability of your information to those who use that information for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy. Does Vero Collect Information from Minors

Protecting children’s privacy is important to us. We do not knowingly solicit or collect information from or market to children under 18 years of age. Vero WiFi Application

This section outlines data collected by our WiFi smartphone app. All user data collected by the app is encrypted in transit. Username, password, and other authentication information is collected. This includes name, email address, and approximate location. We do not provide a way for users to request that some or all their data be deleted, without deleting their account. All user data is automatically deleted within 90 days.

Such modifications will be effective upon posting, and use of the Services after such modification constitutes acceptance of such modifications.
